Um….yeah…..again that would be a big fat negative. I’ve been keeping up on my laundry and the kitchen but that’s about it. The emails come in from the FlyLady group and I just delete, delete, delete. Which I guess means I’m just not ready to start yet. And today I definitely won’t be starting as I won’t be home from about 11:30 on. (I’m off to lunch with some good soccer friends. Mexican food, margaritas and good friends = good times. I cannot wait.)

Maybe I should just wait until next week to start. Yeah, that’s the ticket!

The answer to that question would be NO! I joined FlyLady yesterday in hopes I could get back on track with keeping my house clean – saying that I would start in full swing today and did I? Um……yeah….that would be a negative. I got all the emails today so technically I could have started. But I had a slow start this morning and then was out for about 2 hours running errands so I haven’t done a thing. I did happen to put 3 loads of laundry away and wash 2 more and also run the dishwasher (which I now need to unload) but as far as following FlyLady’s emails – I’ve been a slacker. When I woke up and saw all the emails from her group (I forgot there are so many emails in one day) I gagged.

I can’t say I’ve been a slacker all day though. I am happy that I’m 100% ready for this weekend. My parents get here Friday and I’ve already got Friday’s dinner planned. Plus, Friday is Tristan’s 11th Birthday and I’ve already got his gifts! Saturday is soccer all morning and then we’re all off for Tristan’s birthday party Saturday night (which I just ordered his cake for today). And then Sunday is the Superbowl and I’ve got all food for that already as well!

I’ll start FlyLady tomorrow!!!! (We shall see.)
